Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, or accessories (unless defective).
Return Process

Request a Return:
Email us at azbonafideapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. -
Receive Authorization:
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. -
Ship Your Return:
Securely package your item(s) and include the RA number inside the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at azbonafideapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will make it right!
Shipping Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for lost, returned, or undelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
We will provide instructions to pay for reshipping before the package is resent.
